 After Nüwa created humanity and mended the sky, she vanished—believing her work was complete. However, BOOM! Humanity destroyed itself. Now, her three minions, the Muddy Lolos, experiment to rebuild mankind and wonder: does humanity have a future?

AYOADE BAMGBOYE: SWINGS & ROUNDABOUTS (WIP)

The much-anticipated debut show about suffering (and smiling) from Nigerian stand-up Ayoade Bamgboye. Burdened by the gift of sight, a primeval awareness that something is not quite right, and almost three accents, she’ll ask life’s big questions and provide absolutely no answers.

FACILITY 111: A GOVERNMENT EXPERIMENT

A surreal new audio play, written and performed live by Inge-Vera Lipsius. It takes place in darkness and asks audiences to visualise a series of images in two different, but interconnected cities—one made of glass, another of sand. (Coming up at Assembly Front Room at the Edinburgh Fringe, July 31-Aug 17 [not Aug 12] at 11:25.)
