Latinx Scratch returns with an evening of bold new work by Latin American creatives based in the UK.
This edition features six original pieces — all staged for the very first time — written, performed, and directed by artists of Latin American heritage. It’s a celebration of the vibrant Latinx talent that exists right here in the UK — often unseen, but undeniably powerful.
Threaded through each piece is the theme of Love: To Be, That Is, That Was — explored through family, romance, identity, friendship, and memory. From quiet moments to big declarations, these works explore the many forms love takes, and what it means to hold on, let go, and be seen.
Latinx Scratch is a space for developing voices, where the raw energy of new writing meets the immediacy of live performance. Each piece offers a glimpse into theatre-in-the-making: daring, urgent, and full of heart.
Whether you’re a theatre lover, fellow creative, or industry professional, join us for a one-night only celebration of emerging Latinx voices in the UK. Discover new stories — and the artists behind them — shaping the future of British theatre.
