Flexible and affordable. We offer a variety of spaces that are ideal for meeting rooms, private events, and rehearsals for hire.
Equipped with air conditioning and heating with lots of natural day light, our Clapham venue is just off Clapham Common (a 6 minute walk from the Clapham Common tube station).
There are two dynamic and characterful spaces in our building which we regularly welcome a range of clients into, each with an individual atmosphere that will suit any occasion.
Whether you’re planning a yoga class, a meeting or rehearsal, we can offer a bespoke package to fit your needs.
As a registered charity and independent theatre, all the income generated through hiring our spaces is reinvested into our work, helping us to continue to deliver our artistic programme and participation projects.

STUDIO UPSTAIRS
Our spacious studio.
Featuring a vaulted ceiling with flexible lighting and sound equipment, our Studio can perfectly adapt to a wide range of events. Black out curtains can be opened to flood the space with natural day light, and a baby grand piano is available for musical requirements.
With an excellent projector and the ability to run projections from the stage, our Studio is the ideal space for rehearsals, screenings, conferences and presentations.*
*The basic hire of this space is for studio only. Raked/tiered seating and other extras incurs additional costs.

COMMON ROOM
Our flexible downstairs space.
A bright, welcoming space with overhead skylights, the common room comes with flexible lighting and sound equipment, a projector and a baby grand piano. It also features a private kitchenette area for any refreshment requirements.
Perfectly suited for rehearsals, classes, workshops, as well as small cabaret style gatherings.
