Owner of Trinity restaurant in Clapham Old Town, Adam Byatt will sit down with Managing Director of Falcon Vintners, Eric Sabourin, for a culinary Q&A.
Trinity now holds a coveted Michelin Star as well as three AA rosettes and numerous other accolades. Voted in the top ten restaurants in London by both Hardens and Zagat, it has also been included in The Times’ Top 100 Restaurants in the UK and voted by OpenTable diners as one of the top ten restaurants in the UK.
Adam Byatt
Adam Byatt is a London based Michelin Starred Chef and owner of three restaurants. Adam’s style of food is modern British with a French gastronomic influence. Each of his restaurants offer something personal to diners, albeit in different ways but all inherently with Adam’s style at the forefront.
Eric Sabourin
Eric hails from Montreal, Canada and settled in London in 1992.
After a brief stint in the restaurant sector, he launched Falcon Vintners in 1995 which has become one of the leading fine wine specialists in the UK for Italian wines and boasts a broad selection from around the world. His everyday tipple is usually a Langhe Nebbiolo whereas a top Burgundy or Barolo will feature on special occasions.
