Producer (Creative Learning)

About the role:

The Producer (Creative Learning) will focus on consolidating the Creative Learning department, and co-ordinate all strands of our education programme for children and young people. This includes our Saturday morning youth group Actors Alive, workshops accompanying Omnibus Theatre Productions, our programme in local schools, our holiday workshops and our international work with the Capital University of Economics & Business, Beijing.

The department is made up of the Creative Learning Producer, the Resident Practitioner and other freelance delivery Practitioners and is overseen by the Senior Producer.

This position would suit someone who is looking to work into a venue-based organisation with an established infrastructure of support.

This is a three day a week role, with some Saturday mornings necessary. Days will be subject to negotiation.

Senior Duty Manager

About the role

Omnibus are seeking to recruit a personable and proactive Senior Duty Manager to work within and manage the Front of House department including the bar and café.

The role is for full time (40 hours per week) on an irregular shift pattern which involves mainly evenings and weekends.

The successful candidate would be expected to manage the delivery of the Front of House operations, work in the Bar and Café and to lead, manage and supervise the front of house team.

We are looking for a strong and dedicated team player with leadership qualities who has a high level of attention to detail and a passion for delivering customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, customer service skills and staff management experience within an arts environment.

Salary: £17,160 (based on a 40 hour week)
