Vacancies:

Duty Manager

Omnibus Theatre is seeking to recruit a confident and proactive part-time Duty Manager to work approximately 25 -36 hours per week on a regular but flexible shift pattern.

The successful candidate would be expected to cover shifts for evening and weekend events as well as assisting the Head of Operations to facilitate the smooth and efficient day to day running of all Omnibus’ front of house operations. Events vary from theatre and music shows, rehearsals to private and corporate hires. The successful candidate will be expected to liaise with clients and artists, and ensure their requirements are met along with facilitating the smooth running of the theatre operations and stewarding the audiences.

Omnibus Theatre is a multi-award winning theatre venue, founded in 2013 to address the lack of cultural provision in Clapham. Our building is now home to a 110-seat studio theatre, a café/bar and two multi-purpose performance/rehearsal spaces, offering a vibrant artistic programme inspired by the legacy of the building. In four years, we have grown from a fledgling arts centre into an established theatre organisation, with a reputation for excellence that outstrips any expectations for a new venue of our size.

The ideal candidate will have experience within a theatre environment and have excellent customer service skills.

Salary: £16,286 p/a pro rata for 25-36 hours per week with the opportunity for overtime. A full job description can be found HERE
