Booking Tickets

Tickets can be purchased online, in person using card only, or over the telephone using a debit or credit card.

Ticket confirmation emails are issued electronically, via an emailed ‘e-ticket’ PDF. There is no need to print these tickets if you are able to show them on a smart phone or similar device.

On arrival all audience members need to pick up a re-usable laminated ticket from the Box Office. This will enable entry to the performance space.

Tickets are available online until one hour before the event starts. On The Door purchases can still be made at Box Office, subject to available seats.

Tickets may be exchanged at Omnibus’ discretion. Exchanges can only be made for a different performance of the same production, according to availability. Exchanges must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise they may be locked into the original event.

Alternatively, Omnibus Theatre gladly accepts donations of the ticket cost towards the continued running of the venue in these challenging times.
