In order to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for our audience, artists and team, we’ve made some important changes.
What extra measures do you have in place?
- Social distancing is in place throughout the building
- A one-way entry and exit system is in operation, clearly signposted inside the building.
- Hand sanitiser is available at entry points
- Contactless payments at the Café Bar and Box Office are encouraged
- All employees receive specific Covid-19 training and PPE is provided where necessary
- An enhanced cleaning schedule
For live shows we are operating at under 50% capacity and have reconfigured seating in all our spaces to allow social distancing within social bubbles, with 2m between each group.
What should I expect on the day?
When you arrive follow the signs to our Box Office entrance. Here a member of our team will greet you and check your tickets, be sure to have your email confirmation at the ready. Once signed in you will be directed to your seats in the theatre. Parties will be seated one at a time to allow for social distancing.
Don’t worry! You can still order a drink once in your seat. A member of our team will come to take your order before the show starts.
At the end of the show a member of our team will lead you out using the one-way system.
What happens if the show cannot go ahead?
We continue to pay close attention to the latest government rules and advice in case that changes. If a show cannot go ahead, we will contact all bookers as soon as possible to offer refunds.
If you are unable to come to a show you have booked because you have to self-isolate or you are displaying symptoms then get in touch with us up to 2 hours ahead of the performance and we will issue you a full refund.
Who will I sit with?
You will be sat with only your party, who should be members of your household or social bubble. We ask that you and your party book as a group so that you can be sat together for the performance.
Will the audience be wearing masks?
Yes, we ask that all audience members wear face masks both in our Front of House area and during the performance. If you cannot wear a mask for health reasons, please download and print a card to explain to anyone who asks why you are not wearing one.
Will the bar be open?
It sure will be! Following government guidance, we are able to open our Café Bar operating a new socially distanced model. Find out more here→
The Café Bar is still be open to members of the public during this time, but we are limiting the number of people admitted into the space in order to maintain social distancing.
What about toilets?
Our toilet facilities are available before, during and after the show. Audience members will be permitted to leave the performance space to use the toilet and re-enter at any point, in order to avoid congestion.
Paper towels will be in use, instead of hand dryers, in order to reduce air borne particles.
How often do you clean the space and toilets?
A strict deep cleaning schedule is in place for our Café Bar and Front of House areas. Performance spaces are also deep cleaned before and after every show, including wiping down seats and contact points.
Our toilets are cleaned every 2-3 hours. We deep clean them every evening after the show and every day before the show.
