HEALTH AND SAFETY

In order to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for our audience, artists and team, we’ve made some important changes.

After 19 July our measures will not change. We will continue to exercise precautions to keep everyone safe.

What extra measures do you have in place?

  • Some live shows are operating at a reduced capacity. Please be aware that all our shows from Summer 2022 are operating at full capacity, unless stated otherwise in the Booking Information
  • Hand sanitiser is available throughout the building
  • Contactless payments only at the Café Bar and Box Office
  • All employees receive specific Covid-19 training and PPE is provided where necessary
  • An enhanced cleaning schedule

What should I expect on the day?

When you arrive follow the signs to our Box Office. Here a member of our team will greet you and check you in, be sure to have your email confirmation at the ready. Once checked in you are welcome to take a seat in the Café Bar or garden until the house opens.

What happens if the show cannot go ahead?

We continue to pay close attention to the latest government rules and advice in case of changes. If a show cannot go ahead, we will contact all bookers as soon as possible to offer refunds.

If you are unable to come to a show you have booked because you have to self-isolate or you are displaying symptoms then get in touch with us up to 2 hours ahead of the performance and we will issue you a full refund.

Who will I sit with?

We ask that you and your party book as a group so that you can be sat together for the performance and distance yourselves where you feel appropriate.

Will the audience be wearing masks?

We encourage all audience members wear face masks both in our Front of House area and during the performance unless you cannot wear a mask for health reasons.

Will the bar be open?

It sure will be! Find out more here→

The Café Bar is still be open to members of the public during this time, but we are limiting the number of people admitted into the space in order to maintain social distancing.

What about toilets?

Our toilet facilities are available before, during and after the show. Audience members will be permitted to leave the performance space to use the toilet and re-enter at any point, in order to avoid congestion.

Paper towels will be in use, instead of hand dryers, in order to reduce air borne particles.

How often do you clean the space and toilets?

A strict deep cleaning schedule is in place for our Café Bar and Front of House areas. Performance spaces are also deep cleaned before and after every show, including wiping down seats and contact points.

Our toilets are cleaned every 2-3 hours. We deep clean them every evening after the show and every day before the show.

I have a question that hasn’t been answered yet.

No problem at all. Get in touch with us via enquiries@omnibus-clapham.org and ask away.
