Hosted by poets Ella Dorman-Gajic and Iftikhar Latif, Off The Chest is an inclusive spoken word and poetry night, celebrating original voices and poetry that makes a statement.
This night will feature a headline set from T. S. ELIOT PRIZE shortlisted poet Yomi Sode, who will be reading poems from his acclaimed debut collection ‘Manorism’. Also featuring is Ella Sadie Guthrie, who will be reading from her debut pamphlet ‘Poems for Pete Davidson’. Find out more about both features via Off the Chest’s Instagram.
Their open mic segment offers the opportunity to poets of all backgrounds and ages to take to the stage. You will be able to sign up for the open mic on the night, with a limited number of spots up for grabs. Names will be pulled out of a hat.
Funded by Arts Council England, Off The Chest has produced multiple poetry nights to sell-out audiences.
